Now granted Ziegler are new owners of this Infiniti location but I'm sure they reviewed the books prior to purchasing and knew that there were customers who had this set up already. The explanation to me by the service manager Brian is they had no knowledge of this promise to certain customers......huh? So you made a million dollar purchase without reviewing all financial obligations.......I DOUBT IT More

How anyone in their right mind would ever do business with Infinity is beyond me. I am utterly in disbelief at the way they back up their customers. They should be ashamed for even cashing the check (54000.00) if you can't stand up for the people that keep you in business. I bought an Infinity from Orlando Park Infinity in Orland Park, IL. Was told I had life time oil changes and filter changes but when I went there last week, guess what? Oh we are sorry. We are not going to do that anymore. The next time you come in, you will be charged. Really? Look at the figure above and then compare it with a 30.00 oil change. I have never been so mad at any business As I am with Infinity. I've already told 2 people to go to Lexus because Infinity is not who they say they are. All over 30 bucks! Foolish people like me who believed in a product and the warranties that go with it will persevere! I will personally go out of my way to make sure the general public in my neighborhood will see whom NOT to trust! Sincerely, Tim Gill (disgruntled customer) More

He over talked me on the telephone and eventually hung up on me. I spoke with the General Manager, Frank about Scott's behavior and the nature of my business with Infiniti of Orland Park. I am not certain if Frank spoke with Scott, but what I do know is I will never do business again with them. Do yourself a favor and go to another Infiniti dealership. More
This dealership overrall needs an entire new staff. Sarah Jones from the sales department was the only rep that exhibited great customer service and followed through on everything she said she would. Unfortu Jones from the sales department was the only rep that exhibited great customer service and followed through on everything she said she would. Unfortunately we did not buy our two infiniti's (2014 Q50 & 2013 G37x) with her because the sales manager was very rude and combative for no reason. (not to mention he was arguing with a customer loudly on the sales floor before assiting me and my freind.) I had a terrible expereince with their service department after taking my car there to have an issue fixed and the Joe, service person's first communication with me was, "why didn't you take this car back to where you bought it?', even before greeting me. They then kept my band new car for over a week, told me an Infiniti engineer test drove the car & couldn't "duplicate the noise,"; sent it to the body shop for some "repairs", and still didnt fix the issue & I ended up having to take it to another dealership. They then changed my phone number in the system to ensure I wouldnt get a call from infiniti regarding their terrible service, which was completely different then the phone numbers providing when me and my girlfriend purchased the cars from Infiniti. DEFINITELY THE WORK OF SOMEONE TRYING TO COVER THEIR TRACKS AND NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABLITY FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP. DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR CARE SERVUCED HERE!!!!! More
I went to this dealership to have my vehicle inspected and a minor replacement of a defective part. First off, the customer service and attitude was very poor. Come to find out they didn't want to go thro and a minor replacement of a defective part. First off, the customer service and attitude was very poor. Come to find out they didn't want to go through the process to cover the part under warranty. The only reason I say it like that is because I went to another dealer for the same issue and they covered it! They even had the item in stock. It also made me concerned if they even inspected my car for the $125 that I spent. Just very disappointed in the whole process and expected much more from a high end dealership. Wish this were not the case, but I have found better customer care at another dealership. More
I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 that needed specific work from an Infiniti Dealer. A special part needed to be ordered and the work to be scheduled after the part was received. There was never any request to pa an Infiniti Dealer. A special part needed to be ordered and the work to be scheduled after the part was received. There was never any request to pay ahead for the part which was fairly expensive. The part was ordered, I was called back after the part arrived, the appointment was scheduled, I was given a loaner car for 4 days as the repair work was a bit more extensive than originally estimated. I was called each step of the way and all work was reviewed with me before proceeding. As the car was not able to be finished completely by the weeks end - rather than putting it all together and then re-opening everything mechanically - they gave me the use of the loaner the entire weekend. That was wonderful and much appreciated. The G35 is a classic and has much sentimental value to me and I was appreciative of the work they did to this vehicle. While it could have been written off as a "clunker" :) my special set of wheels was treated with kid gloves. Ryan Willard - the Service Consultant - was incredible to work with and I consider Infiniti of Orland Park my "home" dealership. I live just under an hour away in Northwest Indiana and it was worth every bit of my time to drive to Orland Park. Thank you for a great experience. Infiniti of Orland Park has earned my trust and appreciation and continued business. Great Job! Oh yes - my 2003 G35 drives as if it was new. More
I am very displeased with the way service was handled on my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic o my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic on a major expressway in Chicago. I called roadside and as I was taking to them and explaining what happened I was able to restart my car after trying about 10 times. I felt it was safe to drive my car home in the right lane. I called Infiniti of Orland Park to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, December 20th at 9:45am and a loaner car would be available. My wife and 15 month old daughter took the car in and Mr. Ryan Willard was the Service Advisor. Mr. Willard told my wife to wait 15 minutes to see if the computer on the car needed to be reset after 15 minutes he told her they were testing the battery. An hour later I called and spoke to Mr. Willard and he asked me “if the car was ever jumped started or used in a jump”, I told him no. He then said “there are markings on the battery as if it was”, I again said it wasn’t then Mr. Willard said “what it came from the factory like that?” At this point the lack of professionalism and not getting my wife and screaming 15 month old daughter in a loaner car was unacceptable. I explained to him that our conversation could wait he needs to get my wife and daughter into the loaner as it should have been done at 9:45am not 10:45, I asked to speak with the service manager. (As I was speaking to Mr. Scott Sedlacek, Mr. Willard asked my wife why I was getting so defensive. Defensive? I was angry and very dissatisfied with the loaner situation and lack of professionalism by Mr. Willard) Mr. Sedlacek said he didn’t know why my wife wasn’t given the loaner car at 9:45. He talked to Mr. Willard and a loaner car was now being given to my wife and screaming daughter, an hour later. Mr. Sedlacek was very professional and understood my concern with the whole situation. It is unfortunate the situation had to be escalated to him. As my wife was getting the loaner I called National Tire and Battery, where I have my oil changed, and asked them if they test the battery each time for voltage and the manager said of course. So I called Mr. Sedlacek back and told him that is where the marks came from. Needless to say Mr. Willard should have never accused me of using my car to jump start a car. His comment of “what it came from the factory like that?” was unprofessional and uncalled for. This is my first time taking my car in for service and now that I see how Infiniti customers are treated I will never purchase an Infiniti from this dealership. Last week Thursday, I took my wife’s Jeep Patriot to Bettenhausen Dodge in Orland Park and received outstanding service and had no problem with a loaner car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I sent my wife to take my Infiniti in for service because I expected to have superior service and no problems at Infiniti of Orland but I was completely wrong. I will always go to Infiniti of Lise for service and to purchase my cars. More

I was told after the car was suppose to have been assessed that the issue was ball berrings. i paid more than 2,300 dollars in repairs only to still have the same issue. I immediately caled back with my concerns only to have Ryan, the service manager on duty and Robert another employee to try to charge me an additional fee, at their discounted rate, but not own up to their techs oversight. When questioned bout why the tech did not see this problem originally Ryan would only say we checked what the complaint was, never that the tech did a diagnosis. They appear nice but very passive agressive and not to be trusted! More
I brought my vehicle in for service. I requested Service Advisor Ryan Willard inspect my rims for any scratches prior to work. He inspected the vehicle and rims and noted no scratches on the rim. The vehicl Advisor Ryan Willard inspect my rims for any scratches prior to work. He inspected the vehicle and rims and noted no scratches on the rim. The vehicle was worked on, and sustained damage. I pointed this out to both Willard and Scott Sedlacek who denied any wrongdoing after Willard had noted no problems with the rims. Scott Sedlacek was argumentative, threatening and even threatened to call the police because I questioned his mechanic's workmanship. Scott Selacek said we don't want your business and too bad. He then agreed to replace the rim with one from a new vehicle, but "Karl" the mechanic pointed out to Willard and Sedlacek that the rim had a factory defect. I refused to put a defective rim on my vehicle after my original rim was damaged at the dealership. Manager Frank Meechia could care less about my concern with the dealership. His response to the problem was to call Infiniti. This dealership treated me like garbage. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Caveat Emptor!!!! More
