Dishonest I brought my car in for a oil change, and they do a check on tires, brakes etc. When I was going to pay for the bill the service advisor told me that I brought my car in for a oil change, and they do a check on tires, brakes etc. When I was going to pay for the bill the service advisor told me that I needed to change out the cabin filter. I know they didn't check because my car was in plain view the entire time, I watched the entire process, I personally changed the cabin air filter a week prior. I came home took my cabin filter out and took a picture. More
