A tech while rotating my tires from a previous visit forgot to return the “unlocking” bolt to my glove box. It discovered when a flat tire and no means to repair my tire. Emperor auto ( close to my ho forgot to return the “unlocking” bolt to my glove box. It discovered when a flat tire and no means to repair my tire. Emperor auto ( close to my home, was able fix and change my Tire. I went to Infiniti of Orland to remedy the issue. The staff provided a unlocking nut. Interesting, as result this incident, I realized I didn’t know i if had spare tire, where the “jack” was etc. All of which points to I was not given overall info at the time I bought the care. Hum! More
