Tell me ...what kind of dealership gives you that kind of answer ? well i'll tell you ...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,DISRESPECTING AND TERRIBLE ONE I WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP/STEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY BUYERS STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE More
This dealership overrall needs an entire new staff. Sarah Jones from the sales department was the only rep that exhibited great customer service and followed through on everything she said she would. Unfortu Jones from the sales department was the only rep that exhibited great customer service and followed through on everything she said she would. Unfortunately we did not buy our two infiniti's (2014 Q50 & 2013 G37x) with her because the sales manager was very rude and combative for no reason. (not to mention he was arguing with a customer loudly on the sales floor before assiting me and my freind.) I had a terrible expereince with their service department after taking my car there to have an issue fixed and the Joe, service person's first communication with me was, "why didn't you take this car back to where you bought it?', even before greeting me. They then kept my band new car for over a week, told me an Infiniti engineer test drove the car & couldn't "duplicate the noise,"; sent it to the body shop for some "repairs", and still didnt fix the issue & I ended up having to take it to another dealership. They then changed my phone number in the system to ensure I wouldnt get a call from infiniti regarding their terrible service, which was completely different then the phone numbers providing when me and my girlfriend purchased the cars from Infiniti. DEFINITELY THE WORK OF SOMEONE TRYING TO COVER THEIR TRACKS AND NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABLITY FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP. DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR CARE SERVUCED HERE!!!!! More
I was shopping at Infiniti of Orland Park with the salesperson Dustin. When working out numbers he asked me to make an offer, so I did. When he came back with a counteroffer he proceeded to tell me my salesperson Dustin. When working out numbers he asked me to make an offer, so I did. When he came back with a counteroffer he proceeded to tell me my offer was stupid and became extremely rude. He also told me they wouldn't take my trade-in, a car they never even looked at, since I asked too much money for it. His aggressive tone made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable and she requested we leave. After the fact, I called to speak with the general manager Frank to get an explanation for the poor customer service. He listened to my story, said "Thanks for letting me know.", and hung up on me. I went to this dealership to have my vehicle inspected and a minor replacement of a defective part. First off, the customer service and attitude was very poor. Come to find out they didn't want to go thro and a minor replacement of a defective part. First off, the customer service and attitude was very poor. Come to find out they didn't want to go through the process to cover the part under warranty. The only reason I say it like that is because I went to another dealer for the same issue and they covered it! They even had the item in stock. It also made me concerned if they even inspected my car for the $125 that I spent. Just very disappointed in the whole process and expected much more from a high end dealership. Wish this were not the case, but I have found better customer care at another dealership. More
My husband and I stopped in one evening to look at both new and used cars. The salesperson seemed very uninterested in helping us. We did not go for a test drive because it was about 8pm and I guess they w new and used cars. The salesperson seemed very uninterested in helping us. We did not go for a test drive because it was about 8pm and I guess they were getting ready to close. The next day we emailed the salesperson for lease price information, and the price they gave us was $100 MORE than the advertised price. We told them no thanks. Then went to another dealer and got a great new Infiniti at a very good price. I would say overall this dealership was not friendly, not helpful, and did not seem to want our business. More
The poopest of salesmenship I have ever seen. Could get the pricing right. Twice we sat down to work out the price just to find out both times, he said he had made a mistake and had to raise the price we the pricing right. Twice we sat down to work out the price just to find out both times, he said he had made a mistake and had to raise the price we agrred upon. Sales manager added no value to the process as well. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. Purchased the same vehicle at another Infiniti dealer. More
My experiences with Infiniti of Orland Park have been amazing! I've bought a lot of cars in my life and my experience with sales and management was great. i have been shopping a new 2012 infiniti g37x and i have been to more than one inifiniti dealer and have came up with the impression that nobody really wanted to earn my business. that was until i went to o been to more than one inifiniti dealer and have came up with the impression that nobody really wanted to earn my business. that was until i went to orland park infiniti. i was originally online and spoke to a representive who answered some of my questions prior to arival. when i need more information i was then introduced to milton who could not have known more about the car. he was a true professional, he took his time amswered all my questions no matter how rediculous they may have been. upon arrival my car i was intrested in was cleaned and ready up in front (good impression). i took a little longer drive then usual. once back in the dealership milton gave me the figures i was looking for all this time, but i still had questions thats when i was introduced to the store manager george who finallized the deal. what a great experience i wish i went ther first or all the other dealers were more like this. frank did all my papaerwork and again another pro. what a great place . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AWSOME EXPERIENCE WOULD DEFFINITILY COME BACK AND SEND CUSTOMERS. More
I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 that needed specific work from an Infiniti Dealer. A special part needed to be ordered and the work to be scheduled after the part was received. There was never any request to pa an Infiniti Dealer. A special part needed to be ordered and the work to be scheduled after the part was received. There was never any request to pay ahead for the part which was fairly expensive. The part was ordered, I was called back after the part arrived, the appointment was scheduled, I was given a loaner car for 4 days as the repair work was a bit more extensive than originally estimated. I was called each step of the way and all work was reviewed with me before proceeding. As the car was not able to be finished completely by the weeks end - rather than putting it all together and then re-opening everything mechanically - they gave me the use of the loaner the entire weekend. That was wonderful and much appreciated. The G35 is a classic and has much sentimental value to me and I was appreciative of the work they did to this vehicle. While it could have been written off as a "clunker" :) my special set of wheels was treated with kid gloves. Ryan Willard - the Service Consultant - was incredible to work with and I consider Infiniti of Orland Park my "home" dealership. I live just under an hour away in Northwest Indiana and it was worth every bit of my time to drive to Orland Park. Thank you for a great experience. Infiniti of Orland Park has earned my trust and appreciation and continued business. Great Job! Oh yes - my 2003 G35 drives as if it was new. More
I am very displeased with the way service was handled on my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic o my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic on a major expressway in Chicago. I called roadside and as I was taking to them and explaining what happened I was able to restart my car after trying about 10 times. I felt it was safe to drive my car home in the right lane. I called Infiniti of Orland Park to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, December 20th at 9:45am and a loaner car would be available. My wife and 15 month old daughter took the car in and Mr. Ryan Willard was the Service Advisor. Mr. Willard told my wife to wait 15 minutes to see if the computer on the car needed to be reset after 15 minutes he told her they were testing the battery. An hour later I called and spoke to Mr. Willard and he asked me “if the car was ever jumped started or used in a jump”, I told him no. He then said “there are markings on the battery as if it was”, I again said it wasn’t then Mr. Willard said “what it came from the factory like that?” At this point the lack of professionalism and not getting my wife and screaming 15 month old daughter in a loaner car was unacceptable. I explained to him that our conversation could wait he needs to get my wife and daughter into the loaner as it should have been done at 9:45am not 10:45, I asked to speak with the service manager. (As I was speaking to Mr. Scott Sedlacek, Mr. Willard asked my wife why I was getting so defensive. Defensive? I was angry and very dissatisfied with the loaner situation and lack of professionalism by Mr. Willard) Mr. Sedlacek said he didn’t know why my wife wasn’t given the loaner car at 9:45. He talked to Mr. Willard and a loaner car was now being given to my wife and screaming daughter, an hour later. Mr. Sedlacek was very professional and understood my concern with the whole situation. It is unfortunate the situation had to be escalated to him. As my wife was getting the loaner I called National Tire and Battery, where I have my oil changed, and asked them if they test the battery each time for voltage and the manager said of course. So I called Mr. Sedlacek back and told him that is where the marks came from. Needless to say Mr. Willard should have never accused me of using my car to jump start a car. His comment of “what it came from the factory like that?” was unprofessional and uncalled for. This is my first time taking my car in for service and now that I see how Infiniti customers are treated I will never purchase an Infiniti from this dealership. Last week Thursday, I took my wife’s Jeep Patriot to Bettenhausen Dodge in Orland Park and received outstanding service and had no problem with a loaner car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I sent my wife to take my Infiniti in for service because I expected to have superior service and no problems at Infiniti of Orland but I was completely wrong. I will always go to Infiniti of Lise for service and to purchase my cars. More
