Communication after we left the dealership was poor with them. We had numerous things wrong with our pre-owned vehicle, things that should of been noticed if they checked over the vehicle properly like the them. We had numerous things wrong with our pre-owned vehicle, things that should of been noticed if they checked over the vehicle properly like they said they do in their paperwork. They did reimburse us for a few of the things, which was great, but we are still waiting on another item, and nobody is responding to us. I don't think we will ever do business with them again. UPDATE they have worked with us to helped resolve our issues. More

Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge by Service Technicians, they don’t keep you informed on the status of your vehicle and didn’t have the parts available to service my vehicle, I wasted 3 Service Technicians, they don’t keep you informed on the status of your vehicle and didn’t have the parts available to service my vehicle, I wasted 3 hours at the dealership for NOTHING, I won’t be going back and I’ve been going there for years!!!! Awful awful experience. The car i had an appointment to look at wasn't there when i showed up. Also the person i scheduled my appointment with was busy. They added in an additional $2,000 for a CPO warranty even though we're being told online the car was CPO. Be careful, they are everything that is wrong with the car sales industry. It took over an hour to get the car to the lot. I was also treated so insulting and rudely. More

I found out when I called Lexus to register the vehicle that there were four open OLD recalls on the car. Also, the car sat on the lot for about 8 months before I purchased yet they didn't change the oil before sending me home with it. My fault for not asking this. Just sort of thought they would handle basic maintenance before they sold me the car. Like I said, not a bad experience but I'm disappointed that I've spent money on maintenance so soon after a purchase at a luxury dealer. I've emailed and no one has responded to apologize. Please do better Infiniti. More
