Our sales person, Caleb Beasley was very professional and friendly from the get go. He found the exact car/specs I was seeking in the color I wanted and walked me through leasing vs. buying and the different payment scenarios all in a 24 hour period (mostly over the phone with several follow up conversations via text, as I was super busy running around with young kids and was not able to make it over to the dealer until I was ready to buy). When we finally came over to buy, we found everybody to be super friendly and accomodating. The financing process (the education and the actual approval/signing) was fast and easy, and Caleb made sure to walk us through the car's key features/functionalities before we pulled out. We love our new QX60 and would definitely recommend Caleb and the finance team at Orland Park Inifiniti to anyone buying or leasing an Infiniti. More

The worst dealership ever First off I want to say I had the worst experience ever. Milton Thompson is the worst sales person I ever worked with, he is right out of a book. Told me he didn't have the car I was looking for in stock and they did. We took it for a ride did not go over any options at all. This man and the GM hit me with MSRP multiple times. He knew nothing about the car and was so rude. He did not want to earn my business and the show room is empty for a reason. DO NOT GO THERE, save your time. I felt no one wanted to earn my business and they never will now. They don't follow up and are super rude. He told me he needs to make money off me. This was a nightmare and also the worst car buying experience. He knew nothing about sales, car, and customer service. More
