Dishonest I brought my car in for a oil change, and they do a check on tires, brakes etc. When I was going to pay for the bill the service advisor told me that I brought my car in for a oil change, and they do a check on tires, brakes etc. When I was going to pay for the bill the service advisor told me that I needed to change out the cabin filter. I know they didn't check because my car was in plain view the entire time, I watched the entire process, I personally changed the cabin air filter a week prior. I came home took my cabin filter out and took a picture. More

From start to finish, the sales staff, managers, and service staff were dishonest, rude, and disrespectful. They sold us a brand new damaged car, offered to repair it but did not do so, tried to encourage we lie on all customer surveys, and were in general very unethical people to work with. I would never purchase a car from them again, and I would never recommend them to others. More
