My problem was not resolved. The service department shaved the rusted rotors on my instead of replacing them. I still hear a scrubbing sound and a rattling noise under the hood. I made an appointment for these specific issues and my day, time and gas was wasted just for me to have to come back on my day off to handle what should have been taken care of for this first appointment. I had the car a week and I pay a car note with extended warranty service to have freedom of knowing that if anything go wrong with my vehicle, it will be covered. More

I came to Ziegler Infinite after my great experience with Ziegler BMW. To my surprise I left feeling defeated and stupid. Jose included the z guard protection plan that I didn’t approve of or ask for. Yes h Ziegler BMW. To my surprise I left feeling defeated and stupid. Jose included the z guard protection plan that I didn’t approve of or ask for. Yes he show it to me but I never said I wanted it and I’m positive he knew it. When I asked him to remove it he said my contract was complete and it couldn’t be removed. I blame myself for not walking out and leaving the car. A good salesperson leave you feeling please like the BMW salesperson Gigi had me feeling. She didn’t try to add on unnecessary things to get a bigger commission. Jose Silva made me feel as if I was taken advantage of that left me feeling not just foolish but ashamed that I didn’ t walk out on the deal. When going through a health issue I think it’s easy to be taken advantage of as I were by this salesman. When I write my review I will advise anyone dealing with this man to be careful or you will leave paying thousands for something you didn’t need or want. More
