We took our QX56 in to be serviced and have an issue diagnosed. We were told the part would have to be ordered. We would have to pay for the part to be ordered which was near $400 and we would be called diagnosed. We were told the part would have to be ordered. We would have to pay for the part to be ordered which was near $400 and we would be called when the part came in to bring our vehicle back to be serviced at an additional $700. 1 month later we call to check on the part only to be told the part is there…. So it wasn’t important for anyone to reach out to us to let us know the part was there. It wasn’t important because they made us pay for the part so they could care less. Something similar happened previously. We took our truck to be serviced. I got a ride home. NO ONE called me after my car was ready and it sat outside on their lot for TWO days until I called to inquire about what was wrong with my vehicle. I don’t know what’s wrong with the customer service at this location. More
