I talked to Joe Ruiz on the phone and made an appointment with him for 3:30. I told him I was making the three hour drive from my home in the Indianapolis area. When I arrived I was informed he had left for with him for 3:30. I told him I was making the three hour drive from my home in the Indianapolis area. When I arrived I was informed he had left for the day. I would have appreciated at the least a phone call as common decency dictates. I was going to leave and go to another dealership until Bassem Georgy intervened and convinced me to stay. Bassem was very personable and professional, My wife and I ultimately purchased a new QX 60. I will only be a repeat customer as long as I can work with Mr. Georgy as he earned our business, not the dealership. More
Extremely Disappointed I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for nearly eight years, but my recent experience with their service department has left me extremely disappointed. During a routin this dealership for nearly eight years, but my recent experience with their service department has left me extremely disappointed. During a routine headlight bulb repair, the service department not only caused the issue but also had the audacity to demand an assessment fee for their mistake. To make matters worse, they hung up on me while I was simply requesting repair information. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership I've been patronizing for such a long time. I'm currently in the market for a new car, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this dealership. The way they operate reminds me of Ford dealerships in the 1970s, and Infiniti definitely has some work to do in improving their customer service standards. More

The service desk members talk too much and play too much. If they aren’t on their phones they are playing as if they don’t have work to do.
