I am from OP, IL and was in town for the Holiday visiting my parents. I currently live in CBUS, OH. I was listening to an audio book in the waiting room (my iPhone auto connects to my vehicle when in range), when my phone connected to my car that was turned on around 9:50am. I turned off the Bluetooth so I could hear my phone again. Within 30 mins of it being brought back, the oil change was complete and I was good to go. I have never sat at at the Infiniti dealership for more than an hour with an appointment. I don't understand why I sat there for 80 mins until my car was brought back to even begin service. I would not come back to this dealership due to the inefficiency of a standard oil change. Mike was my service agent, he told me it was going to take two hours and he'd be back with paperwork to check me out when it was ready. I asked a specific question around my vehicle being able to tell me each tire's PSI and instead of checking what a 2019 will show he said he had no idea since there are various new models that are out now. So, I basically read the manual and figured it out for myself! More

Questionable business practices. $2000 Lojack added to price without pre approval, I was not told of the cost prior to signing the contract. Went back to have contract rewritten and initially they refused. Provided information that what they did was illegal. A new contract was written and a limited warranty package was added instead. Miraculously the interest rate was reduced. Was given a small box when I originally bought the car, I thought it was a 2nd key fob but it was a cheap pen and keychain! Went back again to ask about this, was told the cost for the key was $230, they would do it for their cost. I expected much more from a high end dealership in a very nice suburb of Chicago. My daughter bought her car there 2 yrs before so I asked about their referral program a few times, it's been almost a month and Im still waiting to hear from them. I checked with my daughter and she also was not told of the cost of the Lojack. I won't be referring anyone there. There was also a long wait for the finace person. When will dealerships realize most people research cars before they buy and don't want all the back and forth of the deal! More
