Very expensive just to have two keys programmed. I was told my car would be done the same day it was towed there and I never heard anything until I called the next day. The service advisor did call me on my correct number to tell me my car arrived after being towed but when it was finished I called and asked if my car was done and was given extreme attitude saying it has been done and she already called and texted me and that I should have known it was done but the problem is she called my old incorrect phone number, More
I could not check out until I responded to an email I didn’t know I was getting. When I saw my truck I inquired whether it was ready or not that’s when I was informed of the email. The service itself was fine, the problem was resolved (though this is a brand new vehicle that never should have needed service in the first place!). They were very upset that I would not agree to purchasing the ceramic coating and some theft tracker. I was told both items were already on the car, that ended up being untrue! The manager got upset and abruptly tore up the offer sheet. Acted very inmature. For some reason they did not pay the tax and license for the vehicle even though it was in the final price. This was my third and last Infiniti. Completely unprofessional!!!! More
