I have been a customer for over 5 years, I rely on my vehicle and drive many, many many thousands of miles a year. Every experience (I change my oil every 3,000 miles and that is about every month or so vehicle and drive many, many many thousands of miles a year. Every experience (I change my oil every 3,000 miles and that is about every month or so for me) has been great, Phil is a fairly new addition to the team and he has been excelent to work with. I am a busy professional and need to get in and out. In the short time Phil has been working with Laura I can see that he knows how to deal with people and balance getting the job done. He is friendly, direct and approachable. I can't say enough good things about the service team and techs. The infiniti team was progressive and able to put a tech in the service dept for a while (up front with customers), Jordan, and for me that was a great addition. I am fairly technical and having Jordan there was great when Laura was not able to answer the question, which to give her credit she is pretty darn good at the techy stuff. Having someone that can balance both is great, it allows the techs to keep working rather than stop what they are doing to run in and answer questions for the customers. You had someone right there who could translate. Anytime I hear someone is looking for a car I tell them they have to go see the team at Infiniti of Melbourne. More
I've been buying new cars for 3 decades & Laura (who works as a Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept) has ALWAYS provided the BEST customer service I've EVER had when dealing with ANY car dealership works as a Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept) has ALWAYS provided the BEST customer service I've EVER had when dealing with ANY car dealership. She's very professional, helpful, honest, courteous and knowledgeable and knows the Infiniti product in-depth. Laura is the main reason I'll continue doing business with Infiniti when my warranty expires next year. In my opinion, there's NO better "Lasting Impression" of an organization/company than the person who represents them in ANY customer service capacity. Laura ALWAYS goes "above & beyond" and has proven TIME & AGAIN to be without peer when it comes to providing OUTSTANDING customer service. She ALWAYS does her BEST to make sure customers are happy from inception to completion on ANY/ALL service related issues. As we're ALL aware, this is NO easy task in this day & age. If there's ever a service connected issue that needs to be explained in further detail, Laura speaks the TRUTH and NEVER shoots "from the hip" like so many OTHER car dealership service reps do. Laura is the BEST & is a definite asset to Infiniti of Melbourne. I personally believe Infinity of Melbourne would NOT have the OUTSTANDING reputation it has without Laura as their Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept. More
One of the best service departments I have ever dealt with for any vehicle. Exceptional customer service up front and in the garage. 08 brought in for service. Loaner brought to me. Returned 4 days later(out of part needed) (1) directional tires rotated incorrectly; (2) XM radio not hookedup-had to go to dealership; (3) dent in fender - t 4 days later(out of part needed) (1) directional tires rotated incorrectly; (2) XM radio not hookedup-had to go to dealership; (3) dent in fender - they repaired it but no apology.
