Wonderful I called for an appointment but the lady was with a customer and said she would call back and she promptly did so . She was very professional and courteous and I made an appointment for the next day . I arrived and was informed my 15000 mile service was due, I was not forced to do the service , I was professionally informed of what the service entailed and told how long it would take . I went ahead with the service and was given a lovely curtuesy car to carry out my errands . When I returned my car was not quite completed so I rested in the very comfy waiting area and was kindly offered coffee or tea. There was absolutely no hassle at all. I look forward to my next oil change . I would not even consider taking my car anywhere else . Thank you all at Infiniti of Melbourne . More
