During a previous conversation my Service Advisor Martin mentioned he could give me a coupon of 15% off service max 150. I scheduled my appt and once the service was done he told me he could only offer a 6 mentioned he could give me a coupon of 15% off service max 150. I scheduled my appt and once the service was done he told me he could only offer a 60 dollar off coupon. I asked him what happened to the 15% he said he would have to ask his GM. He text me back stating that the GM said NO. But that he could give me 100 coupon. My issue is that I would have never even known about the 15% had he not offered it in the first place. And hopefully next time the wise GM who denied it understands that I have 130K miles on my car and was planning on purchasing a new one next year. But he can best believe if that's how customers are treated by their organization, I have no interest in returning. More
Every service on vehicle is flagged with over $2000 of service no matter how update you keep your vehicle. They don't even refill fluids. This makes me not trust anything they recommend.
