This was the best car buying experience to date. Kailee was so quick and efficient. She really took care of us knowing we had our two babies with us. Made my service appointment online; however, if it was mentioned, then I missed the fact there's a 3% service charge if you pay by credit card. I usually do not carry a lot of cash or my check book. I got checked in by Jason, and then while I waited for my oil change/brake fluid flush, I enjoyed the morning paper with a hot cup of cocoa in the waiting room. More
After seeing white smoke from the exhaust I bring my car to your dealership. I drop it off on Saturday morning and don’t get any updates until I demand one late Monday afternoon. I finally get a respons car to your dealership. I drop it off on Saturday morning and don’t get any updates until I demand one late Monday afternoon. I finally get a response - $17K for a new engine due to a lack of oil changes. I get regular oil changes just not at the dealership. This car is 5 years old, with 40k miles. There are plenty of reviews online from others who have experienced the exact same situation. Clearly there is an issue with this model and Infiniti is blaming it on the consumers lack of maintenance. . Shame on you. This will be my last Infiniti. Going back to Toyota. More

I moved here with my 2nd Infiniti. I came from the #1 dealership on the mainland Thousand Oaks CA. Honolulu Infiniti has never let me down !!! I had an emergency issue with my Q50S. Brought it. Next appt was 4 days away. They got my car in, diagnosed the issues and repaired the car in less than 24hrs for me. I highly recommend Infiniti of Honolulu !!! More
