Still waiting on my car mats I bought a car from them last August. While they did sell me a ok car, I can't say that I was a fan of their service after I bought the car. After they detailed the car, brought it to me, I realized not only was the car not filled with gas, but I was missing the driver side floor mat. The salesman alerted me, and promised I would have one mailed to me within the week. It has been almost 6 months and I haven't heard from anyone. I've called 5 times and each time I have spoken to someone, but no one ever mails the mat, or follows up with me. Beyond that, I have also emailed them, and haven't received a response. Im certain they received the email, because I was using that same email address to reach them prior to the sale, and I was successful reaching them. I would drive there, but I live more than an hour away, and LA traffic is too crazy. Update 3/18/2018 I'm guessing the dealer saw this review, or any other review I have written, because they reached out to me and promised to send me a floor mat. Well, the floor mat arrived two days ago, and I'm even more disappointed than I was before. They sent me a dirty floor mat. I bought the car used, so I didnt expect them to send me a new mat, but I definitely don't think its acceptable to send a dirty mat. There's literally sand in the box it arrived in. I don't believe I can upload pictures here, which is a bummer, but the floor mat is extremely dirty. It's stained on the front, the letters QX70 are brown, and theres actual dirt/ sand on the back of it. I won't even bother putting it in my car. More

We had visited or talked to many dealers before talking to Dennis at the Infiniti of TO. All process was hassle free and we worked with Dennis to make the deal without even visiting the dealership!!. I highly respect the honesty of this dealership and incredible pricing offer that no other dealer was able to match or even offer. After the deal was finalized, I visited the dealership, met the staff, signed paperwork and was able to leave in a matter of an hour. No overselling or gimmick and whole transaction was very smooth. We arranged our own transporter for shipment, and the vehicle was delivered to our home without any issues. More

Dealership in Free Fall!! I went to service and went to pay my bill. I got my brand new car from this dealer. The cashier was not precisely the most attentive person in the agency, so I decided to call to leave my feedback. I was transferred from Tiffany (receptionist) to a Manager, by the same Sandy. When I suggest him to encourage his staff to smile more, he responded: "I cannot tell them what to do or when do they need to smile..." I was shocked to hear his answer. No wonder the service quality has gone down the hill. If the actual leaders of that dealership think the way Mr. Sandy does, no wonder why.... I was so badly impressed! I couldn't be more pleased with the attitudes of all the people I interacted with, from the Sales Consultant, Micky Krunsbruner, the Personal Assistant, Travis Lee, the Service Consultants, Julio Ramirez and Alba Ramirez, and EVERYONE ELSE that I had the pleasure of interacting with and don't have their names. They made doing business with them more of a pleasure than the normal dreaded event. The Q40 is my 4th Infiniti with this dealership. I wouldn't have come back if I wasn't pleased with the customer service!!!! More
