I drove up and there was someone there to greet me immediately. I had my four year-old with me, which wasn’t ideal but the staff was super friendly with him and even stopped him from running outside, immediately. As usual, Alba took good care of me from appt to driving off the lot. I booked an oil change and she was able to get me out and service completed in a timely manner.
