We bought our JX35 last August primarily because of the Infiniti service we have received in the past. We looked at other cars that might work for us, but overall, the service from Clark Hearold at Denver Infiniti service we have received in the past. We actually bought the car at Mike Ward Infiniti because they offered us a lower price and a better trade in on our FX 35. The service work will al be done at Denver Infiniti. More

I purchased a slightly used M37X in 2007. I also purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and it was a wheel bearing failure, I called the dealer, it was less than 1,000 miles over extended warranty by the time I got home and took it in. They said they would work with me on the repair...they had the car 2 days I never did get a price, finally went and got it and took it somewhere else for repairs. I called service manager and left a message to discuss.....no response. I'm currently experiencing another wheel bearing problem that makes me wonder about recalls. Don't worry I will not call Infiniti Of Denver for Service. However, I have enjoyed the car and will be handing it down to my teenage son and looking to buy another. Not sure if I will stop by there or not at this point. More
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership that still had over six months of manufacturer's warranty. The dealership has proven very responsive to resolving some relatively minor problems that I d still had over six months of manufacturer's warranty. We have a long term service contract with Infiniti of Denver. We also bought our G37x as a new car there. Service has always been friendly and excellent. Recently purchased a 2005 FX 35; brought it in to Infiniti of Denver for service. I have been Clark H's sevice customer for several years for other Infiniti vehicles. In addtion to the reqested sevice work, Clark advised that my vehcile was involved with a serice bulletin and recall for an apperance item. The entire dashboard was replaced without cost to me - this work done for a vehcile that was more than 5 years old with 91K miles. (Also recieved a general condition report for a used vehilce - no charge, and maintenance history for the vehicle I purchased) Now that's service................. but consistent with the type of service I have recieved from Clark at this dealership in the past. Every time I bring my Infiniti in for service, I am treated with respect and a smile. They've always done great work on my car and I've been happy EVERY TIME. You always hear about the bad things but you never hear about the good things. I can't tell you how much I appreciate CoCo and Eric.
