Chris does a terrific job every time I have an issue. He has my car thoroughly inspected and gives me all the recommended services plus the related costs. He gets me in on my schedule and is able to get me a loaner car which makes my whole experience with the service center very convenient and accommodating. Just dropped in (unannounced) for my 30K service...Infiniti of Denver got me in right away, loaned me a car and washed my vehicle. Chris was extremely pleasant and was very keen on getting my car ready for a road trip I will be taking by myself.
