Working with Corey has been great. He's always friendly and doesn't overdo the service/sales process because he clearly understands the customer's individual car knowledge. Other places will go on long spiels that are unnecessary and I appreciate that Corey does not do that with me when I am direct about my reason for the visit/service, etc. My only issue with the service process has been that after I check in with the secretary, I have sometimes waited too long before being acknowledged or greeted, even if my car is already being worked on. I think this happens because the secretary forgets to let the service writer know, or forgets to remind them that I am waiting once they become available. Although a small issue, no one should have to wait for a simple greeting or a check-in when they shouldn't be. Keep up the good work! Thanks! Austin More
