Terrible. I am a new Infiniti owner, I just purchased a M35x out of state and was looking for a dealer in the Denver area where I live to service my vehicle. Wh I am a new Infiniti owner, I just purchased a M35x out of state and was looking for a dealer in the Denver area where I live to service my vehicle. When I was transferred to the service department the young lady who answered the phone was very rude. She did not give me her name either. I had a few questions about my new car and also wanted to come in for an oil change, she couldn't answer a single question and said I needed to talk to a specialist, why even work in service if you can't answer basic questions about the cars you sell and service? She also told me I would have to wait minimum 7 days before I could get a basic oil change!! She then said she was going to transfer me to the specialist she mentioned earlier, all I got was a voicemail. You lost my business. I owned a 7 series BMW before this, and a Lexus RX before that and never have I had such a poor customer service experience from a luxury brand before. The Infiniti dealer I contacted after this is further from my house but worth the extra travel time, they have express service and were a pleasure to work with. More

Excellent service as always M car needed some major work done to the steering components. I worked with Clark who worked with my insurance company and got things all taken care M car needed some major work done to the steering components. I worked with Clark who worked with my insurance company and got things all taken care of. The convenience of a loaner car meant that could continue to work and focus on what I needed to do while Infiniti looked after my car.
