I would never buy or recommend anyone buy a car there. Service yes...new car no way. Do some training and teach your sales team to smile and greet anyone and everyone who steps onto that sales floor. I have had the same service consultant, Clark Hearold, from the beginning. Clark is excellent, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and gets what he promises done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I do have to say the atmosphere in the service department as a whole seems to have changed, and not for the better. It is not nearly as friendly/comfortable as it has been in the past. I will still visit the dealership as long as Clark is there, he has not changed. He is still the same friendly and professional service consultant he always was. He's the best. More
