Warranty service and then some! Got a flat tire in the run flats on our Q50. Was not repairable, but covered by the platinum protection package we purchased when we bought the car. It took a little investigative work by Clark to figure out how to use the protection package since our car was purchased in Texas. But he got it figured out and took great care of us. Gave me a loaner for the day, so they could check out an unrelated issue we have seen with the breaks. Everything got done, including an oil change, and they even noticed it had a turn signal light out and replaced it (under warranty). More

Service I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the receptionist and other service rep were rude and not willing to help at help. They stated they were short staffed too bad come back some other time would not even offer me another appointment time.
