I brought my vehicle in the day after Xmas and spoke with Dominic about my concerns. He assured me that he would get my problem diagnosed in a timely manner even tho the service department was shorthanded. H Dominic about my concerns. He let me know quickly was the issue was and promised that it would be taken care of as soon as possible. The repair did take several days but Dominic kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was a delight to deal with and was extremely professional. I feel he is a wonderful asset to Infiniti of Denver and should be recognized for going above and beyond. More

I believe the estimate for replacing the headlight assembly was outrageous. I was told the ballast in the light could not be replaced and a hold new light assembly needed to be installed for the pric assembly was outrageous. I was told the ballast in the light could not be replaced and a hold new light assembly needed to be installed for the price of $2300. I know the ballast can be replaced and I can buy the the whole light assembly for around 600.00. I won’t be back. I was also charged $203..35 for the diagnostic. Again I won’t be coming back.
