I have the car serviced for the spring special, which included an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, 27 point inspection, cooling system operation inspection and a car wash and vacuum. Paperwork does included an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, 27 point inspection, cooling system operation inspection and a car wash and vacuum. Paperwork does not reflect that tires were rotated, nor was there any mention of a cooling system inspection. Paperwork shows that the 27 point inspection was done, but no results as to what was found in the inspection. In the end I paid for services that I don’t think I received. And I never received anything in writing that lets me know the status of the cooling system, what exactly was checked in the 27 point inspection. It’s pointless to list these as services and not communicate to the client that status of those items or worse, not perform them at all. More
