Let the customer digest what you are recommending, do research and decide on priorities. Dealership prices are always higher but the work is also quality and warranted. I was able to buy a new vehicle from the in November, but some of the paint touch ups were clearly done poorly as they're cracking and flaking off in chunks. I've also emailed/called the service department, plus those I worked with over the last three months, to try and determine specifics for the vague comments in Carfax that they did while the vehicle was in their care. I'm trying to determine what preventive maintenance needs to be done. I haven't gotten a single response. I paid off a 4 year warranty, with a little over three years left and I'm beginning to wonder if that's even legitimate. More

I appreciated the fact they got my car in so quick as i needed to drive to another state. They diagnosed my poorly running car and gave me a reasonable quote for some sensors that needed replacing. The car needed to drive to another state. They diagnosed my poorly running car and gave me a reasonable quote for some sensors that needed replacing. The car was running poorly and I had the check engine light flashing and after spending the $2400 i still had a poorly running car and flashing check engine light on. Fortunately it did make it to Wisconsin but running awful, with a check engine light flashing and a reduced MPG of 15 miles per gallon. Not sure they did anything regarding the sensors. I did ask for new brakes and an oil change. Im pretty sure the brakes were done, but they didn't even replace the oil change sticker in my car. Hoping they changed the oil. More
