Excellent customer service! Brought my car in because of a leak and worked with Dominic throughout the whole process. The service guys quickly figured out the issue and did a detailed inspection of everything else on the car. I never felt pushed to do any of the recommended repairs, which I appreciated. Dominic even called me a few days later to follow up on how my cars doing and if I had any additional concerns. Highly recommend this dealer, they seem like an honest and fair team. More

I had a bit of an emergency as my battery was starting the car slow, I called Chris and he said come on by and we will get you taken care of, when I got to Infiniti of Denver it was very busy. Chris let m the car slow, I called Chris and he said come on by and we will get you taken care of, when I got to Infiniti of Denver it was very busy. Chris let me know he would get the car taken care of as quickly as possible. Shortly later he let me know the battery was old and not charging and a new battery would be needed, they got my vehicle done as quickly and back on the road. Since 1998 Infiniti of Denver has taken care of our family and vehicle, and service needs. Thank you for always being there for us and keeping this car that I love with 265,000 miles on the road. Very satisfied the past three years. There was no pressure on the sale, fair prices and ease of transaction. However the past year received more and more pressure on “services” absolutely need when I have brought my car in for oil, brakes, routine maintenance. Let the customer digest what you are recommending, do research and decide on priorities. Dealership prices are always higher but the work is also quality and warranted. Of dealers overall in Denver they are good, service tactics not so good. More
