I wrote a review about the sales side and now which is just as important, SERVICE. I had one minor issue and one which was a bit more complicated. Rear view mirror was a bit loose, most likely some tightening, the other is bit weird, there is a wind/xxxxxxx water noise coming from the sun roof but not not when it’s raining. Sam didn’t laugh at me, which was good. So far it’s been going well, I pulled in the drive bay and was immediately greeted by Sam, like able and professional,who got the basic information and invited me to wait in the waiting area. I should also mention that I was greeted by Michelle who wanted to introduce herself. Impressive for that to happen. I can’t ever remember over the years the Manager coming out unless I had to raise an issue. Will everything work out? Waiting time for parts? Will they become dismissive? Stay tuned….. I will update this service part because after all, the sales part is a one time experience but service goes on for as long as you own that vehicle. Gary More
It’s a shame when people use sites to get revenge for some self serving reason. I did my search for the vehicle I wanted and made an appointment to see it along with my wife who likes the flashy new items on a vehicle, I am not as impressed by that but focus on the price, value and reliability and I feel this vehicle checked all the boxes. Next, I will always walk out if I feel high pressure or am being disrespected in some way despite the deal I could have gotten, it’s a principle thing with me. I did not get that in anyway way shape or form. I was greeted at the desk, asked for Heidi and she came up in one minute. I explained what I was looking for and my price mark. She gave me 3 options, asked if I was trading in something (I was). When we got back from test driving I knew it was the car for us (I wasn’t going to tell them though) there was a small amount of negotiation as I did my research on my cars value and what they wanted. A deal was struck for what my vehicle value was and the cost of the new one. NOW THE TRICKY PART I wanted to think about over night and said I would get back. No problem, she gave me a cell number to call or text her and we came back. Then I met with Finance Manager John, a very pleasant man but I really put him through the wringer when it came to the extended warranty as it can be a life saver. I promise you he really worked hard to find the program and price of where I wanted to be. Suggestion….I would only get the one through Infiniti. Then signed all the paperwork and Heidi went over all the features and we took our awesome QX 60 home. I call it a great experience and definitely recommend this team to anyone. Thank you Gary More

I have purchased 8 Infiniti's from this dealership within the last ten years. I have never had them serviced anywhere but the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Lupient because they are honest and hire first class talent throughout. The management is great and their finance team is second to none. Both Doug and John are pro's. Tim is a talented salesman who takes the time you need to understand the nuances that make each vehicle unique. It felt great knowing how to use all of the many features now included in the QX60. Wow, was it worth the wait! The service department always delivers and goes above and beyond to accomodate. Brad and Michelle are excellent to work with. Milwaukee is very fortunate to have all this talent right here! More
