I have had the pleasure now of buying 3 Infiniti’s from this dealership. For 2 of those including a closing yesterday, I worked with John Gil, Finance Manager and he is far and away the best and most thoro this dealership. He is extremely responsive, thoughtful in advance of the client needs and time restrictions and super prepared. For most of my auto buying experiences, I dreaded the exchange at the dealer getting to a number we could agree on. Not with John - we exchanged ideas of my needs and John provided options on how to achieve that. I appreciate working with John and he is also just a super nice guy, personable, not arrogant and knowledgeable. Thank you John for making the buying experience hassle free and pleasurable!! I would be remiss if we didn’t mention Tim Smith as well. Great attitude, extremely knowledgeable about the Infiniti product and also very responsive. Thanks John & Tim!! More

I wrote a review about the sales side and now which is just as important, SERVICE. I had one minor issue and one which was a bit more complicated. Rear view mirror was a bit loose, most likely some tighte just as important, SERVICE. I had one minor issue and one which was a bit more complicated. Rear view mirror was a bit loose, most likely some tightening, the other is bit weird, there is a wind/xxxxxxx water noise coming from the sun roof but not not when it’s raining. Sam didn’t laugh at me, which was good. So far it’s been going well, I pulled in the drive bay and was immediately greeted by Sam, like able and professional,who got the basic information and invited me to wait in the waiting area. I should also mention that I was greeted by Michelle who wanted to introduce herself. Impressive for that to happen. I can’t ever remember over the years the Manager coming out unless I had to raise an issue. Will everything work out? Waiting time for parts? Will they become dismissive? Stay tuned….. I will update this service part because after all, the sales part is a one time experience but service goes on for as long as you own that vehicle. Gary More
