Massapequa Infinity has had my 2006 M35X for about 2 weeks and of today, they still don't know how to fix it. Actually, they're not even sure what part needs to be replaced. I bought this car from them in 2009 and has almost exclusively been serviced and repaired by them. I'm no longer impressed with Infinity of Massapequa. They don't even call me back with information about the car, I have to call them, then they say they will call me back, but they don't. More

Alyse Vargas is a lady of integrity. She listens, does everything without exception, she says she is going to do. She coordinated and informed me every step of the way. Trust is a word, that is not often associated with car people. You can trust Alyse, she is factual and honest!
