Professional Swindlers IAD Auto caters to the low income, desperate and uneducated. The salesmen refuse to tell you the price on any vehicle until they first run your cred IAD Auto caters to the low income, desperate and uneducated. That whole, "you've been pre-approved so just come on down and pick out your new car", line is only used to bait in the unsuspecting buyer. Once you're there, this hole-in-the-wall business operates just like any other run-of-the-mill, back alley, crap car dealership. Their online "inventory" has false and misleading pricing information. Again, another way to bait you in. They come up with the actual price once your credit is evaluated to see how much car you can actually afford. And if you think you'll be driving off without having to put any money down, think again. They require at least $1200-1500 for tags, title, tax and other hidden fees. Something they don't tell you beforehand. This team of swindlers has been around for years. It should be obvious to anyone with half a cerebral cortex that this business is illegitimate. Especially when the head of customer service is dressed like she's heading to a Backyard Band show and the head of internet sales looks like his teeth filed for divorce from his mouth. In the lobby, you can enjoy instant coffee with dirty spoons thrown across the table and Future featuring Migos rap music blaring in the background. Classy. Says a lot when you can't even invest in a coffee pot for your customers. They run about $15 bucks at Walmart. With three locations churning out a fleet of over-priced and under-valued cars, I would be apprehensive before purchasing a paper clip from these people let alone a 2 ton piece of heavy machinery better known as an automobile. Save yourself a migraine and look elsewhere. More

The finance rates are ridiculous when comparing them to other dealerships. They are like Eastern Motors in that regards. Expect the run around with different things that you may need to call them later about. More
