I purchased my car here and have used their service department exclusively. Service has always been performed in a timely and professional manner. We are from Portland Maine and the GPS on our Corolla suddenly stopped speaking to us. We are scheduled for 2 day trip back to Maine and asked Shawn at service desk to help. They have been pretty good to deal with when buying a new car. Service is okay but not great. Their parts prices are usually not competitive and in one case one of the service reps treated me as if he was tr car. Service is okay but not great. Their parts prices are usually not competitive and in one case one of the service reps treated me as if he was trying to sell me a used car. He quoted me a price on an air filter and when I told him he was not competitive he immediately lowered his price by 20 percent. I expect that kind of treatment when trying to buy a car but not when trying to buy parts. I have since not even considered buying replacement parts at I-95 Toyota. I continue to take advantage of the free oil changes that came when I bought my car and also the free car washes when the car wash is working, which over the last couple of years, has been about 50 percent of the time, if that. More
