The sales representative Chelsea went above and beyond helping me buy the vehicle I wanted. The only thing that I was not happy about was the cleanliness of the exterior of the vehicle after the car wash. helping me buy the vehicle I wanted. The only thing that I was not happy about was the cleanliness of the exterior of the vehicle after the car wash. I had to bring it back the next day to be re-washed. More

Unsatisfied about the selling of my GMC truck to the dealership in Brunswick GA. I had been discussing the sale for weeks. They take your VIN number and give you a black offer on your vehicle and told dealership in Brunswick GA. I had been discussing the sale for weeks. They take your VIN number and give you a black offer on your vehicle and told that it may be off by 1 to 3k. Black offer was 27 to 33K. Drove the hour and a half to the dealership and was low balled with an offer of 21K. A 2017, Loaded, low miles under 70K and 4x4 and offered 21K. I passed and was then told that I made up the offer and showed where it came from there dealership and it still was not offered. I would pass on that offer any day and just wanted to warn people of how they do disabled veterans. More
Took my mother-in-law’s 2017 Corolla in yesterday because check engine light and another light was on. This dealership sold her the Corolla TURBO which is loaded when she was 80. She’s stubborn and decided s check engine light and another light was on. This dealership sold her the Corolla TURBO which is loaded when she was 80. She’s stubborn and decided she would trade in her RAV-4 with less than 20,000 miles on it for another car. Not exactly their fault but still a TURBO loaded car. Then they sold same 80 year old an extended warranty for thousands of dollars, on a NEW Toyota. I took the car in for service for the lights, it had 14,000 miles on it. I had to sign saying it might cost something EVEN with the extended warranty. I said if this cost anything on a car with 14,000 miles that’s a problem. Turned out they charged her $130.85 to turn the gas cap 1 click. They were suppose to call and let her know what was wrong and whether it would cost, but all they did was send her a text saying it was ready. When I called the service manager Keith to get him to explain why they are charging an 85(now) year old woman with an extended warranty $130.85 to screw on a gas cap. He was a JERK, I already told him all they had to do was plug it into the computer get the read out in about 30 seconds or less and screw the gas cap on, which should be the first thing they check in these new cars that often have this issue. I ask him what he charged for labor and he said $160 /hour. I said your telling me it took 45 minutes to screw in a gas cap. No, he says it’s $115 to plug the computer in for a reading. The same reading which you can get a general code for FREE at any auto parts store. I said ok then what’s the other $15 for? Shop supplies he says SERIOUSLY ! You need shop supplies to screw in a gas cap? He proceeds to get mad and tells me I “have a bad attitude and your a teacher?” Already had mention that as I couldn’t always answer the phone He said this twice, so I said your the one with the bad attitude and YOUR SUPPOSE to be the service manager. If you are older please be aware of how they have treated this relative and take your business elsewhere. More
