I95 Toyota has not been the best service in the past 3 years with customer service/quality as it has been in the years past. Needing an alternator & the part not being available for almost 15 days which years with customer service/quality as it has been in the years past. Needing an alternator & the part not being available for almost 15 days which cause me to have to rent a vehicle. It seems like the customer should be given a better rental deal as it’s not their fault of supply delays. Also, stating untruth on the service document that the customer request for something to be done when the service rep. was the one stating it was part of the service required. Get a better warranty service protocol in place to get warranty services authorization & processing. Appreciate the service repairs. More
