The serviceman Danny was great when we arrived, did I mention it was raining,cold and they sent the coutesy van to get us! Simply amazing experience for what couldve been a nightmare...especially in an unknown area to us. They took care of our Sienna van,we got a new tire and was on our way back home safely..Awesome customer service!!! A 5 Experience! More

I declined the bumper to bumper and a family member chose to accept it but get absolutely no better services that I get whom didn't pay the extra. When I asked about it thats when I was informed that there is No Such Thing as a bumper to bumper I am also in sales and you don't have to lie to to make a sale and if you do then you need to rethink your career choice. Melinda checked me in for my appointment and introduced me to the shop foreman that was going to work on my Lexus 2017 RX350. Since there is not a Lexus dealer near me, I took it to a Toyota dealer.
