Had a 2:30 appt to get some mud guards installed on my 22 Corolla; was told it should take less time than that. Research shows it to be about a 30-40 minute job. At just after 4:00 I checked on my vehicle an Corolla; was told it should take less time than that. Research shows it to be about a 30-40 minute job. At just after 4:00 I checked on my vehicle and the service advisor told me that they had not started it yet! I asked what was the point in having a appt? I had taken a ½ day off of work and I was not happy and asked to speak to the svc manager. The svc manager put someone right on it and it was done in about 30 minutes. The service advisor should have told me after an hour or so what was going on...I am putting this out there to hopefully preclude this from happening to someone else More
