Unfortunately, I was 19 minutes late for my 7:30 am appointment for a 20,000 mile service on my 2018 Nissan Rogue. Upon my arrival I was met by Mr Wyman in the service entrance bay. I explained that appointment for a 20,000 mile service on my 2018 Nissan Rogue. Upon my arrival I was met by Mr Wyman in the service entrance bay. I explained that I was late for my 7:30 am appointment. MR Wyman stated that was not a problem and immediately had my vehicle assigned to a technician. Mr. Wyman exhibited a high level of knowledge, skill and ability in initiating the service to my vehicle, monitoring the progress of that service and informing my of the status of that service. More

LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY CAR BACK HERE!!! Background: West Palm Beach Nissan replaced my old compressor and other components on 7/20/20. A couple days later I brought it back becau HERE!!! Background: West Palm Beach Nissan replaced my old compressor and other components on 7/20/20. A couple days later I brought it back because I was hearing a noise. I was told it was the heat shield an that they tightened it. Got my car back and there was still a noise. I didn’t have time to go back until now. 12/28 I Brought my car in for rattling noise coming from the compressor. I was there for almost 3 hrs when I found out there was one broken bolt on the compressor. Jay told me they would need a special bolt extractor to get it out without damaging other things around it. I informed Jay I will be having surgery in 2+ weeks, was told “it should be done tomorrow” I was given a loner. 12/29 I came back to the dealership to check on my car because no one answers the phone in the service department. Jay tells me not one but two bolts were broken on the compressor and that they were getting the tool to get them out that day. 12/30 I came back again because I haven’t heard from anyone. Apparently the truck that came didn’t have the tool they needed so they had to order one and it was going to come the next week. Was told I would get a call. **a week goes by, called everyday with no response, no call back, no update. 1/11 Go into the shop to get an update on my car. Find out that Jay no longer works there and nobody knows anything about my car. The manager of the service department tells me he will check into it and give me a call on Tuesday. 1/12 No call, no answer when I called. 1/13 No call, no answer when I called. 1/14 I received a call from someone at the dealership inquiring about buying or trading in my car after I was looking at cars in the website, because in his words “cars like mine sell all day”. Told him about the situation with my car, he asked if I could come in but it was already time for me to get my daughter from school and go to work. He said he will find out what was going on with my car and give me a call back. I did not receive a call back or an answer when I called. 1/15 I had surgery and wasn’t able to drive for at least 2 weeks. Still have not received any information from anyone at Nissan. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. A couple years ago I went in for an oil change and was told their was a recall on the hood latch. They kept my car for over a week, when I got it back it was filthy there were foam pieces on the floor and a tool was left on the floor. A couple months later my hood flew up while I was driving. I had to call NissanUSA in order for them to grant another hood latch repair at another dealership. 1/18 I call NissanUSA to let them know about the situation 1/19 I get a call back from NissanUSA letting me know that they were able to get in touch with them and that I have a new service advisor. They should be calling me the next day. 1/21 I call the new advisor to check on the status of my car, he says yes I just got your file and I’ll call you back tomorrow. 1/22 No call from service, but I get a call from the dealership asking when I can come in to trade my car in. 1/26 I get a Facebook message from the advisor saying hey your car is ready. 1/27 I come to pick up my car and it is absolutely filthy. I ask the advisor about it and he says o well it been ready, we haven’t been able to reach you, we washed it two days ago. There is no way they can remedy the pain and confusion caused by this ordeal. They lost a long time customer. More

I brought my car in to be serviced for the regular 5000 mile check up. Pete Wyman took great care of me. I was in and out and he was great with detailing all the work that was done. Very unethical staff. Would recommend if you want a stress free purchasing of a car and a dealer who actually looks out for you , skip west palm beach nissan. Nasty customer service and care..
