My car buying experience at I-95 Nissan was handled in a very professional manner. Everyone I dealt with from Sales to Finance was courteous and knowledgeable especially Maurice Madmom, the Salesman who ha very professional manner. Overall I'd say I left happy about my new car and would hands down recommend working with Radjhi, He'd be 5 stars if I could rate separately. The day did start out a little off, I was test driving an EV an hands down recommend working with Radjhi, He'd be 5 stars if I could rate separately. The day did start out a little off, I was test driving an EV and it was neither gassed up or charged before heading out on my test drive. But while we had a short wait for someone to bring some gas Radjhi used the time to go over the car with me and answer more of the questions I had and was more than patient with me. He even helped me to remove some items I forgot from my trade in to my new car. Knocking off some stars because of some confusion when dealing with the finance manager. My agreed upon down payment wasn't conveyed to the back office which resulted in some additional negotiating once I went to sign. Which was a little off putting. I was also told that all of the warranties had expired, obviously a sales tactic, but I knew that to not be true, just the bumper to bumper warranty was expired. So I did pick up some additional coverage. This turned out to be handy as once I was in the car and plugged my phone in, AndroidAuto did not start. I spent the night troubleshooting everything I could find on the internet from updating my phone, cleaning my phone, to buying a new usb cord, with the last option being that I needed an update to the radio. I needed to go back up and drop off the title for my trade in the next day so while there asked about getting that updated and if i could use my warranty to which I was told the chevy dealership would cover it since its under warranty (its not, thats the one that expired, and being covered is exactly the opposite of what the finance manager told me) and that my additional coverage takes 30 days to take effect. So I've been left being told two different thing about the warranty, no androidauto, and will wait 28 more days before heading in trying again. Overall: Radjhi was great. The rest of the experience kind of tapered off from there. More
