Service was not as good as it used to be before, I was told there is new management. First, before for oil change used to take only 40min, now it took almost 3hr, then the alignment another hour; therefor told there is new management. First, before for oil change used to take only 40min, now it took almost 3hr, then the alignment another hour; therefore I spent almost 4 and half hour. I asked for updates during the process and didn't get any updates, only message saying "We apologize for the inconvenience " Also I didn't had any greetings during the service, until the end when the manager came to me and apologize for the inconvenience, but it was already too late, and I was at the dealer since 9:30am until 2:30pm. Next time I will drop my car and hopefully get a rental. More

I made an online appointment to have a headlight replaced as well as the two headlight covers replaced as they were both very foggy. I also saw there was a recall on my vehicle so I requested the recall be as well as the two headlight covers replaced as they were both very foggy. I also saw there was a recall on my vehicle so I requested the recall be completed. I had a 7:00 am appointment and I arrived promptly at 7:00. I was the first person in line. At 8:30 I noticed my van still parked outside. When I asked the service rep why my car wasn't inside yet, he explained that they could not do the recall repair that day since they were shorthanded. Secondly, he explained that the front headlight was out and it was the entire housing that needed replacement. Lastly, he said that the lens caps to the headlights were so oxidized they were beyond repair. He gave me an estimate of $2400.00 for the repair and replacement of the headlight housing and the replacement of the headlight lens covers. He also asked if I could make another appointment to have the recall taken care of. I brought the car over to a body and detail shop and told them what the dealership representitive told me. He put some cream cleanser on the headlight cover and buffed out the "oxidation" unitl the spot was completely clear. He told me that he would charge me $20 to buff out the headlight covers. He then looked at the headlight and told me that the bulbs could in fact be replaced and I didn't need a new housing unit. He had me turn on my headlights and the headlight in-fact worked fine. The light could not be seen due to how badly foggy the lamp covering was. A $20 repair that the dealership quoted me $2400 is highway robbery. I later heard that the service center does not have a master mechanic on premises nor do they have a service manager. I will be filing a report with the BBB and letting my local news team know of what had transpired. More
The WORST service you could ever ask for. Had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Brought my Rogue in here 5 times before without issue. In my service contract it says I get 8 free oil changes. This time all of a sudden they wanted to charge me. Said they no longer see the free oil changes in “their system.” Not in paperwork. Service manager physically threatened me. I’m not sure what this clown’s name is. Refused to do it. Had to get assistant GM, Gerald, to intervene. I almost called the police. Literally the worst experience I ever had at s car dealership. Never go here again. It’s under new ownership and I think that is the issue. More
Dealership called and stated they has a 2018 Nissan AWD for 22,598 with 21,000 miles .The car nad not leather seats so that was a deal breaker. Called again and said that for 500.00 they could put leather for 22,598 with 21,000 miles .The car nad not leather seats so that was a deal breaker. Called again and said that for 500.00 they could put leather seats in, and BTW the car was now 20,000 +999.00 dealer fees. Drove over there,test drove the car and said wrap it up. The sales rep came out with a dealer cost estimate of 20,999 car+1977 dealer reconditioning fee 450.00 non dealer fee ,1300 for leather seats and some other fees totaling 26098.00. They are a waste of time. .That was about 4 weeks ago. They had the sale, I literality gave them the sale on their terms. They still have the car. Go figure. More
Scheduled service, took a day off work to get it done. Arrived 10 minutes early, was told that they cannot service my new Nissan Truck because they didn’t have a certified mechanic and that they”Do done. He then simply walked away....... I need another company truck- they have one in stock that I planned to check out while waiting. Not happening. I’m happy for his honesty, and relieved that I didn’t leave my truck with them. My suggestion is to avoid this dealer. More
