I-95 Nissan Read our review guidelines • • • • • Not good All changes saved When I leased my 2019 Nissan Rogue from West Palm Beach Nissan in August of 2019, I was promised free maintenance for the term of my 36-month lease. When I had the car serviced there in March of 2021 at 10,000 miles, the service manager assured me that I would receive free maintenance at 15,000 miles and at 20,000 miles. Today I took my car in for the 15,000-mile checkup and was charged $116.77 because they said that my free maintenance "had expired." They also wanted to charge me $656.25 for lots of unneeded services. The $116.77 included $14.24 for miscellaneous charges that Earl Stewart reports is a scam to make the dealer rich. This dealership is now called I95 Nissan and has many new employees. Apparently, the new owner of this dealership did not feel that he had to honor the commitments of the previous owner of this dealership. More
Dealership is very nice outside and inside. The bathrooms were clean and the showroom has a nice open layout. There is also water, coffee and a vending machine inside.
