This dealership uses the most deceitful bait and switch tactics I have encountered at any dealership across the purchase of 13 vehicles my wife and I have owned. I was interested in a Certified Pre Owned 2 tactics I have encountered at any dealership across the purchase of 13 vehicles my wife and I have owned. I was interested in a Certified Pre Owned 2020 Nissan Maxima, Listed at $35,100. I made an appointment to have my vehicle appraised for Trade In, a 1 owner 2021 vehicle. The initial KBB estimate they showed me for trade was for a vehicle in "Fair" condition. My vehicle had a "minor damage" report from a bumper being painted, no accident, but I understand it can not be considered Excellent, and maybe even Very Good would be a stretch based on customer expectation when they read the report, but the vehicle is truly in like new condition after the minor repair it had done. I disputed the offer, and they quickly offered me $3,000 more, which is what I originally asked for. Just trying to play the game I guess. The real issue was with the vehicle I was interested in buying. It was listed as Certified on auto-trader and their website, and the vehicle description on the dealer website CLEARLY stated word for word "Factory Certified 7/100k mile warranty included". Once I got the price, I was told it was an extra $2,281 for the certification. Even worse was the $1,895 Reconditioning fee also added to the price... This was a 2 year old car, still under factory basic warranty, and on the original tires and brakes. What reconditioning!?! Side note, the listing said "Newer Tires and Brakes" I checked the DOT stamp on the sidewall, the date was from 6 months before the car was sold new, they were factory tires. I don't agree with a recon fee on a used vehicle to begin with. The dealer acquires the car, assess what it needs, completes the work, and prices it accordingly. That's how business should be done. Furthermore, any "reconditioning" should be covered under the already ambiguous $999 dealer fee which was also added in. Regardless, the listing DID say "plus reconditioning fee", but it obviously did NOT say it is an astronomical flat rate of $1,895 whether they actually do anything to the car or not. The work that was done was oil change, air filter change, tire rotation, and alignment. Even at retail that is $250-$300 worth of work. So already I was quoted $5,175 over the asking price. Then another line for $450 was on there in addition to the $279 title and registration fees that didn't even have a description, just says Fee! I am fully aware of the cost for handling the title and tag transfer, it is not $729. Also, anything over the dealer cost for this task should be in the dealer fee, that is where the bonus profit should come from. Lastly, $499 for VIN etch and $895 for Perma Plate. All in, $7,298 ADDED to the advertised price!! I expressed my dis pleasure to the staff, of which I never heard anything back. I also received an email from the owner. I forwarded him the same message I sent the sales team and got no response. Again, I have purchased alot of cars, and while dealers always find a way to pad the deal with profit, this is unlike anything I have ever seen and would never give them my business. More

There are many lies that were perpetrated by this dealership. #1 being their 30 day drive and decide Guarantee. It is a lie, they will not honor it. They sold us a Certified pre owned vehicle in horrible shape, tried to cover up the problems, rust, smells, broken parts and would not take let us trade the vehicle in for a newer more expensive car in the 30 day window. We were very well qualified buyers and were lied to from the beginning. Also watch for the hidden fees that they sneak into the deal. It is fraud. More
