I arrived with the intent of getting a car of my dreams so it would be fair for my spouse and I to obtain our own mode of transportation. However, upon arriving, I was greeted by Cristal. She was very in so it would be fair for my spouse and I to obtain our own mode of transportation. However, upon arriving, I was greeted by Cristal. She was very informative and helpful. She allowed me to test drive the vehicle and that's all I did. Once she turned me over to their finance team, that's when the xxxxxxxx started happening. Apparently, they could not verify my employment when I specifically told them that I work for one person who has multiple businesses. After about 45 minutes, she told me that I would still be able to get the car with 6k as my downpayment. I informed her that I was still in the process of building my credit and she told me she would be in touch. For a whole week, I was giving a bunch of xx from her about her manager was waiting to hear back from the bank to see what could be done. She came back via text about the manager said he will put me in a "build your credit" car and personally order me a 370z after a few monthly payments. After 2 more days after a week passed, I inquired on the status of bull. She said that the manager was trying to see about putting me in something nice. I said ok, just let me come there so we can get this done because my spouse and I need another car. We get there and see the car that I was given an option for. After looking at it, she starts texting me WHILE I'M IN THE BUILDING about my existing auto loan and if it was already transferred (which was) and about my pay yet again. Then this rude manager with no compassion or remorse about anything tells me that the bank wants me to put 4-6k down on the "build your credit" car. xxxxxxxx! I was very upset that all my time was wasted and nothing was resolved. Cristal was about the closest to helpful there was but her communication was very much slack every time I arrived on site and all they could say was "We are just the messengers". Funny thing also is that her name is not even listed under the "Sales Department"... i-95 Nissan is a xxxxing joke with their pre-existing emails of senseless sympathy from the owner. More
