worst dealershipThey do not stand behind their worst dealership They do not stand behind their product Purchased 2019 Altima October 2019, the car had cloth seats, I paid $2000 to have them chan worst dealership They do not stand behind their product Purchased 2019 Altima October 2019, the car had cloth seats, I paid $2000 to have them change to leather, was told by sales person this was better than choosing a car with leather in it already( I had done this once with a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and was only charged $900) When my car came back with the leather seats I noticed the heated seats hardly work, they attempt to go on and then nothing, the heat they transmit is so minimal . I have been back and fourth to the dealership several times and have made numerous calls about this to date my seats still have not been repaired (November 2020) Early last February they finally said they would send the car back to the leather installer and have additional heat pads put in . Many phone calls again trying to set this up, always an excuse or a week to return my call( which is about every other day) then COVID happened and I was told the leather place was closed, in May I was told they were making the appointment again many phone calls etc and excuses why this still was not happening. I went back to New York the end of June without my car being repaired, and promised by Brian Marin that upon my return it would be taken care of . Before my return to Florida October 9. 2020, I began the phone calls again and constantly left messages for Brian. He never returned one call, once he actually answered the dealerships phone and then told me he would look into it and call me right back , to date (November 10 2020) he still has not called me back I have been in Florida for a month trying to get this done. I continue to call everyday and no return calls. More
Very unhappy with service this time. Apt was made and confirmed via on line. When I arrived a young man (did not introduce himself or give me a card) said he couldn’t find my scheduled apt. He saw that my car was very clean and stated guess you don’t want a wash, I replied no I had just paid to have it done. I also stated my tint needed some repairs, he said he would call over there and get the person over here. I went into waiting room, mask on. Obvious chairs are not distanced or being cleaned between customers. Can’t imagine what is being done in restrooms to prevent spread of virus. I was told that the apt would take about one and a quarter hours. I waited an hr in half and got up to go find the young man I had left my car with. Not in office area however another man spoke up and said he would check At that point he told me my car was now being taken care of by a young lady. No one informed me. He then said the car was complete and he would do what was need to check me out. About that time the young lady was told “this is your customer Mrs Bernard” as she was dashing thru the office. did not stop to acknowledge me. Said your car is getting washed and off she went. The gentleman said your car is right there and pointed to it in the drive. Obviously not getting washed which I did not want in the first place. I got my paperwork and left the dealership. My paperwork indicated that fluids had been checked. I can assure you that the window washing fluids were not, they were empty. Not sure if I should be going on the word of the paperwork that indicates all other fluids were checked. This is my second, if not third car I have bought from your dealership. I enjoy driving a Nissan and in the past have had very good experience in the service area. This experience was not up to standard by any means. I hope you take this constructive criticism to heart because we all know word of mouth can be very harmful to a company. More
Being charge $519 for 2 new rear dish brake calipers without the labor And getting the all rusty and old looking caliper installed. Very upset. Feel rip off. Come on. All this people at the dealer trying to make me believe that the caliper they install supposed to rust like that is normal. Gotdamn 🤬😡 would you be a happy customers after spending $1730 on a brake job like that. If they told me a head of time, that i will be getting a caliper like that. I will not bring my car to this place. And spend that much money for a rusty caliper. More

I will never use this dealer again. I have had nothing but issues since day one. I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder S on September 19th 2020. I had to take it to them on 9/23 for a few issues. Didn’t get i but issues since day one. I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder S on September 19th 2020. I had to take it to them on 9/23 for a few issues. Didn’t get it back until 10/13. Still having some of the issues. Finance dept refuses to refund me for a perma plate coverage I bought. They gave me the run around before I could get an answer. I tried numerous time to get a hold of the finance guy before the 30 days were up. Kept leaving message never got a call back. Finally went to speak to someone face to face. They took my info and said they would call me back. Took a week of me calling him back to finally an answer. Only to be told he gave it to the other finance guy to handle. After a few days of trying to get that guy. They now say it is not a refundable coverage. I checked on the perma plate site. It clear says dealers can refund it. It’s a 3 yr coverage. Plus no one can give me a straight answer as to how this perma plate protection is applied. Also when was it applied to my vehicle. I bought this car cash. Now I looking to get I rid of it at a loss. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. More
