Wife Went in for some maintenance issue and was sent a text that work had been completed and my vehicle was in for a wash. I received it back and no where did it appear that the car was washed . it was horrible, i bring my car for multi poin service, i made an appointment with Pete, They tolme he was in a meeting, so Hunter got my car, he was super nice but the service took 3 hours, he came to me an made an appointment with Pete, They tolme he was in a meeting, so Hunter got my car, he was super nice but the service took 3 hours, he came to me and said that my car will be almost ready becouse they were washing it and vacuum, i got home upset and realized they didnt, and they didn't explain the car service got my keys and left More
