I was waiting just for an oil change over 2 1/2 hours. I stepped out to make a phone call and my car is parked outside ready to go. I had to come in twice to service my car. I scheduled originally Saturday at 1:30. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have enough time to service my vehicle. I am disappointed I was not called and informed prior to my appointment time. I rescheduled for Monday at 10:45 AM. The car needed an oil change filter change tire rotation and I asked for a car wash. They said the wait would be an hour and a half without a car wash 2 1/2 hours with a car wash. I can’t imagine how those few things could take an hour and a half to 2 1/2 hours. I am consistently blown away at how long of a wait it always is to get my vehicle serviced and I’m disappointed with this every time I come. More

Sales- Almost bought a 2019 Nissan Murano.. Advertised price did not include CPO fee, vehicle prep/conditioning fee $1,300 or dealer fee. Sales Mgr Brian explained fees with sales rep. I Understand deale price did not include CPO fee, vehicle prep/conditioning fee $1,300 or dealer fee. Sales Mgr Brian explained fees with sales rep. I Understand dealer profit/fee.. Can live with it. Decent value in CPO.. Thought price was high..but was ready to accept it. Then came the “deal killer”..,,The prep/conditioning fee is total BS. You want me to pay a CPO fee for a Nissan professional to prep/certify car Then, you want me to pay another prep/conditioning charge on top of that. Does that make any sense? Would you accept it as a consumer? Suggest just incorporating this prep/conditioning fee into your advertised price. Too many fees going on here. Gotta be more transparency up front. Service Department- Nice folks work there including Jay who handled my last visit. Good feeling knowing the dealership does great work. Again, biggest opportunity area is to “create a sense of urgency “ in this department. Work harder to do a better job turning vehicles over in a more timely manner. I can not give any better constructive feedback.Customers like myself should not have to wait 2.5-3 hours for an oil change or 5.5 hours for transmission flush.. on a scheduled appointment.
