Normally service is excellent. Pete Wyman an excellent manager. However I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes to have new tires put on and service performed. Unacceptable that dealer has only ONE driver and One shuttle car. I am very very upset about this. I have better things to do with my time. You need to hire more people, or, if service is over 2 hours, you need to offer loaner car. More

I originally came to get a service oil and filter change but then found out my car needed it’s axel fixed. I asked if I could trade it in in the current quality that it was in and they said they were gonna but then found out my car needed it’s axel fixed. I asked if I could trade it in in the current quality that it was in and they said they were gonna do everything they could to find something for me. I was shown a Nissan Altima 2019 for 16991 and was told that they were gonna figure something out for me I wait hours just to find out that they couldn’t. It was very disappointing in the end because I had to go somewhere else to get my car repaired at a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten the Altima at the rate I wanted that’s all. More
Interacting with this dealership was an utter catastrophe/nightmare. First of all, I arranged for them to come collect my old lease and drop my new one off, which I will say WAS a considerate off catastrophe/nightmare. First of all, I arranged for them to come collect my old lease and drop my new one off, which I will say WAS a considerate offer, given COVID-19; I'll give them that. However, they arrived three hours late without so much as the courtesy to communicate with me re: their whereabouts or their ETA. I will say that the gentleman who finally arrived seemed very nice. However, within a day or two -- after he had left with my old lease and the SIGNED contract for my new one -- I got a phone call from Bryan. Bottom line: West Palm Nissan apparently prepared the "wrong paperwork"; he said that my lease was too damaged to return as a trade-in, and that WP Nissan needed my signature on a different document or they'd be screwed out of a few grand. I said that I had no problem signing the document so long as they could guarantee me, in writing, that I wouldn't be charged any additional money. They insisted that my damage protection plan was air-tight, that there was NO realistic way I'd be responsible for paying more... but they continually refused to put their promise writing. Therefore, I refused to sign the document. They totally lashed out, saying that they "took it on good faith" that my lease wasn't extensively damaged, and that I'd deceived them; total xx!! They never even inquired about the damage, let alone inspected my old car before driving off with it -- once again, AFTER I'D SIGNED MY CONTRACT... which THEY prepared! When I informed Bryan that was absolutely not the case, that I'm a VERY honest person, but even if I were a total liar, it's Nissan's responsibility to inspect cars before driving off with them, he said, "[The guy who came to swap out your old car for your new one] said that because of COVID, you wouldn't let him get near your car to inspect it." I literally almost busted out laughing -- what he was saying made absolutely no sense, and obviously never happened. Yes, I'm COVID-cautious, but we were both masked; I signed my contract with him literally 6" away from me, and besides, if I were that nervous, I could've just stepped away and gone inside; it's not as if the car is an appendage attached to my body. How ridiculous? In addition, Bryan ACTUALLY had the audacity to deny that my contract had any validity (I called corporate and was told that that was a blatant lie), and to say, "That's fine. If you won't sign the document, we'll just come get your new car tomorrow. No problem." LOLOLOLOL Really? You're going to come repossess my car because I won't do what you're ordering me to do, after you've messed up, and refuse to own it? At points in the conversation, Bryan was talking over me until it reached the point where I finally shouted, "Excuse me, I'm a customer. This is completely unprofessional. This is no way to conduct business. Stop talking to me this way." Bottom line: This place is a s*itshow. Terrible communication. Dishonesty. Disrespect. Disorganized as xxxx. Pretty much the most negative customer service experience I've ever had. Screwing up royally, and then having the nerve to BLAME and threaten a customer? GTFO. I really like my cute, new little Sentra, but I will NEVER EVER return to this dealership, and recommend that you don't either. More
