My experience was good, I have no complaints. The building was clean and the staff members were very friendly. Even the cleaning crew was awesome. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I went to this dealership in february 2012 to purchase a used car. They let me drive off the lot with a vehicle but informed me two days later that I was a victim o dealership in february 2012 to purchase a used car. They let me drive off the lot with a vehicle but informed me two days later that I was a victim of identity theft and they could no longer finance me. So I gave the car back. The salesmen assured me that the CASH deposit i gave would be mailed back to me with in a matter of a few weeks. After about a month, I had not gotten my deposit back. That was when the phone calls started.  Almost every  single employee I have spoken with since I returned the car has been rude and unprofessional,I have spoken with countless people at this dealership and Each employee would take my phone number and never call me back. Two months later, after many employees promising to have my check in the mail or ready for me to pick up at the dealership, I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY DEPOSIT RETURNED.  Manager ANDY is the rudest man at this dealership! Once you leave the dealership after the purchase of your car you will experience the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior and disrespect from the employees! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

All I can say is that if you are not buying your NEW NISSAN from this dealership, then you have to be out of your mind.
