On 9/27 I went to the Nissan dealership, not with the intent to buy that day just to look around. The FIRST RED FLAG that me and my fiancé immediately noticed was that we weren't approached by any sales people, after walking around the lot a few minutes and still no help we decided to go inside the dealership and ask for help. I previously worked at a dealership for years so I know this is NOT the way the business is supposed to be run. Emmanuel PINA ended up being our sales person which was A HUGE MISTAKE!!! He is VERY ARROGANT, RUDE, A pathological liar & WILL SELL HIS SOUL JUST TO MAKE A SELL! The whole time he was EXTREMELY RUDE, His face was literally turning red & he had a bad attitude because as a WOMEN I was way too tough for him and I wasn't about to let him RUN OVER ME "You can tell that's what he's use to". After going back forth about an hour I told my fiancé "LETS GO", he saw he wasn't going to win so he decided in my favor which was a car payment more in my prince range. Emmanuel PINA takes my money and then we proceed to go to finance. ONCE I GET TO FINANCE MY CAR PAYMENT ENDS UP BEING A WHOLE DIFFERENT AMOUNT FROM THE ONE WE HAD JUST AGREED ON! From there I asked to speak with the GM NUMEROUS TIMES WHICH I WAS DENIED EVERY TIME. HE REFUSED TO GET ME THE GM & KEPT GETTING A FINANCE PERSON WHO LIED & TOLD ME HE WAS A SALES MANAGER WHEN HIS NAME TAG CLEARLY SAID FINANCE! After a huge debate we STILL decided to take the car due to the fact they already had our money & had ran our credit numerous times. We decided we would pick the car up the next day because it had to be worked on "when we test drove the car we noticed the window would not stay up". Well the next DAY turned into 5 DAYS! Emmanuel PINA called us to come pick the vehicle up & once we arrived THE WINDOW STILL WASN'T FIXED AND NOW THE INSIDE OF THE CAR WAS WET BECAUSE IT HAD RAINED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THE WINDOW WAS LEFT DOWN! Once again I asked to speak with the GENERAL MANAGER and was DENIED! When I finally picked the car up on the 5th day I told Emmanuel PINA that his service was HORRIBLE & that I would be doing a review on his HORRIBLE SERVICE. He begged me not to due to the fact it would affect his pay. No matter how upset I was I still have a heart so I DECIDED NOT DO. It's now 10/28 & my paper tag has expired, I call the dealership & speak with Rhonda Davis Customer Relations I express my concerns to her about my tag and she says she will look into it & get back with me. When she called me back I was at work, she leaves me a voicemail telling me my tag is NOT READY. I reached out back to her numerous times & she stopped answering my calls. My fiancé left work early to TRY and go get another paper and once she got there Emmanuel PINA acted like he was too busy to deal with the issue and disappeared. I literally drove around with an expired tag for DAYS. On 11/10 Nissan reached out to my fiancé & told her they would like to purchase her car and put her in another one. I was TOTALLY against the idea due to the horrible experience we just recently had with the dealership BUT she decided she would go anyway & just not deal with Emmanuel PINA. Once she arrived she was greeted by Marcos who was very nice & professional. While Marcos was taking down her information Emmanuel PINA came over to Marcos desk & asked my fiancé "WHY DIDN'T YOU COME TO ME"? She responded "because you're unprofessional & the previous experience was horrible" he walked off very angrily. After a few minutes he came back to Marcos desk & screamed "OH YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE BLACK MAXIMA"? He waited until Marcos was walking to get the keys for me to test drive, ran & grabbed the keys first and said I’m selling this car, jumped in the car and SPED OFF! I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I couldn't believe this was an EMPLOYEE acting this way. DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF Emmanuel PINA WE WILL NEVER SHOP WITH NISSAN AGAIN! I'll also be posting this REVIEW on EVERY WEBSITE POSSIBLE!!!! More

Mustafa, my salesman, went above and beyond all expectations, allowing me to drive as many vehicles as I wanted in order to make my decision. His pleasant and fun demeanor, coupled with his enthusiasm and product knowledge made the whole experience for me. It took me five days to decide which car I wanted and he never once became inpatient during the whole process. He took care of connecting my phone with the Bluetooth, as I tend to be technologically challenged at times and explained the capabilities of the sound system with my phone. He showed me around the dealership to let me know where everything was. My credit is less the perfect due to a stretch of unemployment several years back, yet I was treated by all partied as if I had an 850 score. Several dealerships didn't even want to bother to work with me at all when they found out about this, but Mustafa said he could work with me and get it done, which he did. Ishmael, the Sales Manager, put together an incredible deal for me with a generous trade in allowance and quite the discounted price for the car. His time spent on the deal nearly equaled that of Mustafa's. I would also like to point out he obtained financing for me with Nissan and not a sub prime bank that takes advantage of those with less than stellar credit. Ben in Finance took the time to explain each and every document I signed and it's purpose. He explained the different products and warranties available to me in a very informative and non high pressure way. He enabled me to select just the products that would benefit me. Jay, the internet manager, followed up at various points before and during the sale, both welcoming me to the dealership and following up to ensure appointments could be kept. The appraisal of your trade in is handled in a very unique way. They bring your vehicle up to the front of the dealership and appraise it WITH you, asking you about the car, it's features and history. I believe that gentleman's name was Chris. All in all all areas worked in sync like a finely tuned machine to get the job done, and most importantly in very high temperatures as the A/C in the dealership was on the blink. The key to running a successful business is to hire experienced people and then get out of their way and let them do their job. This dealership knows this on every level. I highly recommend them!!! Not a good experience They won't tell you upfront how much they will charge you for a diagnostic fee and they will make you sign a paper (you have to be careful here) where They won't tell you upfront how much they will charge you for a diagnostic fee and they will make you sign a paper (you have to be careful here) where you accept to decline to have an upfront written estimate if the repair costs are under a certain amount of money (the number that they put here is going to be the cost of a regular maintenance service that you want them to do in your car PLUS the amount they want to charge you for concept of diagnostic fee). If you make the mistake of not asking how much they will charge you for diagnostic fee, or if you ingenuously believe is going to be free AND you end up declining the repair they recommend based on what they found in the diagnostic, well, be prepare to pay top dollar for a diagnostic fee. I paid 100 dollars just for diagnostic fee. And, honestly, I might have paid it happily if they had told me in advance how much they were going to charge me for diagnostic fee. Business transparency, it's all I ask. Don't try to fool your customer into signing a paper to decline to have an upfront estimate of all the repairs if the total cost is below a certain number. And that number at the end of the day, suspiciously turns out to be exactly the amount of money you will be charged, so you never got the estimate and since the job is done now you have to pay. You, as a business could believe you won, but you didn't because you lost what could have become a loyal customer. More

The first excuse after I had already gone back a second time to resign was "well the guy sent it to the wrong bank but he's fired so come back and resign". I resigned AGAIN and got the same call. I was told "sorry we sent it to the wrong bank" I lost it told them they better fix it and I better get a response IMMEDIATELY. Spoke to Ben and a week has past and I've called, he doesn't answer and he never got back to me. I'm calling to speak to ANYONE in management because at this point I'm two months behind on the trade in and my credit score is dropping. I mean BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! I've been on top of them from the beginning and STILL they haven't fixed it, two months in now. I've gone in to resign three times, I've called constantly, spoken to various people and left multiple messages. Im where Im so pissed I could sue at this point. More
