My bill was expected, however, my car had the same problems from the moment we got it on the road. We were told numerous things that needed to be fixed which we were not sure about, however, we wanted to make sure we were safe. After over $6,000 in repairs, my car had a new noise. Immediately we called Pete and he said there was nothing he can do and we have to bring it into a different service shop since we were heading up north and not by him. He claimed that his mechanics are the best and he stands by them. He said they always screw things in and make sure that they are tight. Having to bring it to a trustworthy mechanic, they took one look at my car and knew that the wheel was not screwed on correctly. They said that driving any further could have resulted in us losing our wheel and getting into a horrible accident. Worst service we have ever gotten. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a ripoff and your car will not be safe. The worst part is they can not even take credit for a bad job but yet I still had to pay the price for work half done. Disappointed would be an understatement for how we feel. More
Brian, my sales person was amazing. I did not feel pressured like I did in other Nissan dealerships that I visited. I was not rushed and Brian, my sales person took a great deal of time I did not feel pressured like I did in other Nissan dealerships that I visited. I was not rushed and Brian, my sales person took a great deal of time to explain the process and the "numbers" portion of our deal. I bought a Nissan Rogue Sport XL and I am thrilled with my purchase. I would recommend this particular dealership over others I visited from as far south as Coral Springs, on up to WPB Nissan. I live in Boca Raton and it was worth the drive. The customer service was superior. More

Bad dealership from sales to service This is the least trustworthy dealership from sales to service. I would strongly recommend you take your business to any other dealer possible. Unfort This is the least trustworthy dealership from sales to service. I would strongly recommend you take your business to any other dealer possible. Unfortunately for me that wasn't an option as they had the one vehicle with the options I required. More
Recent oil change and brakes I brought my 2016 rogue in for an oil change, which was done. But they also said I my rear brakes were "dangerously worn". I questioned it because I o I brought my 2016 rogue in for an oil change, which was done. But they also said I my rear brakes were "dangerously worn". I questioned it because I only had 17000 miles. Their answer was that it depends on how it is driven, which I do know is true. I questioned them again after searching the Internet which said that to expect to need new brakes somewhere between 25000 and 30000 mikes. Again, I know the Internet is not always accurate. The reps response to this was " it depends on the driver. I have to get new brakes every year". That is an obvious lie. I went ahead and had the brakes fixed but I feel that I was taken advantage of. I doubt I will return for service in the future. More
Bait and switch My wife brought our 2014 Altima In fo a service. The dealer offered her a new lease even though we had a year left on existing. My wife put a down pay My wife brought our 2014 Altima In fo a service. The dealer offered her a new lease even though we had a year left on existing. My wife put a down payment and an extra $100 a month over our existing because she was promised the lane change assist. The car they gave her was a lower trim version than even our existing one. After months of complaining and discovering more and more bits of the car that were deficient the dealer asked us in to resolve the issue. The resolution was to try and sell us an even cheaper model for more money. They try to tell you it wasn’t them it was the old napleton ownership but West Palm Beach Nissan were the bad guys so don’t trust the new name on the billboard. The only positive thing I can say is at least the service dept was friendly as we kept getting called back to fix issues that ended up not actually being issues because apparently the front office had no clue what was and was not in the trim we were hoodwinked into. Still not sure exactly what trim we have no decal and no mention in lease. More
Misleading One of the general managers called me to say they had found the vehicle I wanted within my price range based on the criteria I shared with him previou One of the general managers called me to say they had found the vehicle I wanted within my price range based on the criteria I shared with him previously. However, when I returned, they began to show something different. In addition, he never showed his face. I eventually got sucked into buying a different car after some nudging from the sales person. At the time of purchase, I was given 1 key and told I would be called within a day or so to retrieve the other key and book for the car. No one has called me yet. After, trying to return the car 2 days later, everyone went ghost. I have been into store and made several phone calls only to be told that no one is available. I have even left messages and haven't gotten any responses. More

Run from this Dealership This dealership is a complete bait and switch, scam artist filled circus. They are part of the reasons good dealerships get bad names. Every bad r This dealership is a complete bait and switch, scam artist filled circus. They are part of the reasons good dealerships get bad names. Every bad review on here and yelp and google rater is so dead on that I can’t believe I didn’t check reviews before I went here. Don’t be fooled by all the “managers” sitting down and chatting with you and being friendly. It’s a scam to get you sucked in and it worked. We had to call five times to get someone to call us back when they gave us a completely different number than we were told. And get this, when the “GM” called back finally, he didn’t even know who we were or anything about our negotiations and quoted us an even higher number! I am telling you whatever you do RUN from this place. The “Managing Owner” is not really an owner. That was all a fake show to get you to believe they are a “family” business. I can’t reiterate enough. RUN!!!! More
