Easily and by far the best repeated service experiences without exception I’ve had in my 59 years - having subscribed to Ford, Jaguar, Mercedes, and Audi regular maintenance plans. Shop is pristine, waiti without exception I’ve had in my 59 years - having subscribed to Ford, Jaguar, Mercedes, and Audi regular maintenance plans. Shop is pristine, waiting area is inviting, clean, and comfortable - your wait is always minimized, the staff are completely professional and especially courteous, and my 370Z gets absolute premium attention. My service advisor Mr. Pete Wyman is the best there is, anywhere, period. Kudos to the West Palm Beach Nissan dealership for recognizing the best in talent and providing the best in practice. 5 STARS! More
Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Was there for maintenance then talked in to getting a new car. I was there for 8 hours that day. Was told the car I chose was going to be fixed Because p there for maintenance then talked in to getting a new car. I was there for 8 hours that day. Was told the car I chose was going to be fixed Because paint was chipping on the bumper and it would be ready in two days...went back two days later and the vehicle was still not fixed and would be ready the next day. Made an appointment for four days later and the vehicle was still not fixed. No one seemed to know what was going on with my deal. I was at the dealership for a total of three days, 10 1/2 hours. My boy friend and I both made a complaint and have yet to hear anything back. I will never go to that dealership again. More
